US Radiology Specialists, one of the largest providers of outpatient medical imaging in the U.S., has rebranded as Lumexa Imaging.
The Raleigh, NC-based network currently operates over 180 centers in 13 states, including more than 85 centers as joint ventures. Under its model of providing lower-cost alternatives to hospital-based imaging, Lumexa has opened six new outpatient centers in 2025 and 10 since October 2024.
According to Lumexa, the new name reflects the firm’s focus on strategic growth, innovation, and expanded access to outpatient imaging services.
