Week in Review: SPECT/CT and prostate cancer | ‘Big Beautiful Bill’ reaction | Minnies nominations

Our most popular story this week on AuntMinnie featured new research exploring the role of post-therapy SPECT/CT exams in advanced prostate cancer patients receiving Pluvicto (lutetium-177 prostate-specific membrane antigen-617) 

In a retrospective analysis, researchers found that SPECT/CT performed after cycle 2 of Pluvicto (Novartis) predicted overall survival. The results suggested that the modality could improve treatment strategies for patients with poor prognoses, according to the group. 

The controversial One Beautiful Bill Act was signed into law on July 4. How will the legislation impact radiology? Initial reactions were mixed, according to our second most-viewed story.
